Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Pound chicken slightly at thickest parts.
Mix bread crumbs with half of the Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken in beaten eggs and coat with crumbs.
Add chicken to heated frypan with oil and butter.
Brown chicken on both sides
