Chunky Chilli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Stove Top
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 (15 oz.) can chili and beans
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/2 c. thawed sweet corn
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix stuffing and water in 2-quart casserole.
    Press evenly into bottom of casserole.
    Set aside. Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chili, 1 cup cheese, corn and olives.
    Spoon over stuffing in casserole.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Serve over remaining 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
