"Ono" Pumpkin Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked pie shell (8 to 9-inch size)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 qt. vanilla frozen low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Partially thaw yogurt.
    Blend sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and pumpkin.
    Fold in yogurt.
    Mound in pie shell and re-freeze.
