Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. loaf white bread
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and lemon juice smooth. Trim crust from bread and roll out. Brush one side with melted margarine and place one teaspoon of ingredients on unbuttered side of bread. Roll up and dip in brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Freeze. When needed, bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
