Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, cut into serving pieces
    flour
    salt and pepper
    onions
    garlic powder or salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Dust each steak piece with flour.
    Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat.
    Brown on both sides in hot grease.
    Slice onions and add garlic powder or salt on top.
    Mix water, sour cream, soy sauce and brown sugar.
    Pour ingredients over steak.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for an hour in a casserole dish or pan.
