Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
    Melt
    cheese
    in
    top of a double boiler.
    Add tomatoes and green chilies.
    Stir until smooth and creamy.
    Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
