Chadecki Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. yogurt
    1 cucumber
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill
    4 cloves garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Drain yogurt overnight in cheesecloth placed in colander. Remove yogurt from cheesecloth and drain off water.
    To this add the cucumber (shredded) and also drained off water overnight, salt and pepper, dill, minced garlic and olive oil.
    Mix all well and refrigerate 3 to 6 hours.
    Serve with sesame bread sticks.
