2 c. sifted Gold Medal flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
7 medium sized eggs
grated rind of 2 oranges (about 3 Tbsp.)
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Spoon sifted flour into cup.
