Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. baking soda
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add the can (undrained) of crushed pineapple, flour, granulated, brown sugars and the baking soda.
    Mix the ingredients by hand.
    (If you use a mixer, too much air is beaten in, and this makes it probable that the cake will fall.)
    Stir in the walnuts.
    Spread the batter in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Frost when cool with cream cheese frosting.
    Sprinkle some additional walnuts on the top.
