Dixie Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    2 (4 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Drain oranges.
    Cut celery in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Mix all together.
    Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce. Serves 6.
