Connie'S Shish Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium to large peeled shrimp
    2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into cubes
    salad tomatoes
    bell pepper pieces
    onion pieces
    small mushrooms
    large bottle soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce and ginger; place all other ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour sauce over and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
    Place onto skewers, alternating items.
    Cook on grill over charcoal.
