Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour (unsifted)
Preparation

Bring to a boil the margarine, water and cocoa.
Cool slightly.
Mix the remaining ingredients; add cocoa mixture slowly and beat.
Pour thin batter into greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
