Mandarin Orange-Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. torn Belgian endive (1 head)
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    1/3 c. cashew nuts
    1/2 c. Italian dressing (any brand)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
