Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can stem/pieces mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion (chopped).
    Drain grease.
    Add 1 can of mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add 8 ounces sour cream.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 4.
