Monster Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. mostaccioli
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Parmesan
6 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook mostaccioli according to package directions.
Cook beef, onion and garlic, drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, drained mushrooms, salt, sugar, basil, pepper, bay leaf and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaf, stir in mostaccioli. Turn into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan over top. Cover with foil, bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Put thinly sliced or grated Mozzarella on top; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
