Sugar-Free Ginger Spice Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Beat together oil and margarine.
    Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
    Combine all dry ingredients and blend into liquids. Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch rounds.
    Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
