Turtle Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. turtle meat, seasoned
1 1/2 chopped onions
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 can golden mushroom soup
4 cloves garlic, pressed
few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Brown turtle meat in hot oil.
Discard excess oil.
In same pot, saute chopped vegetables.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Turn down heat to simmer.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve with hot, cooked rice.
