Ingredients

1 large Boboli or Moon Bread
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 lb. hamburger, cooked and seasoned
grated cheese
salsa
chopped lettuce
diced tomatoes
jalapenos (optional)
crushed chilies (optional)
chopped chives (optional)
chopped olives (optional)
Preparation

On a
pizza
pan
or
cookie sheet, place Boboli bread. Spread a
layer
of refried beans.
Then add the hamburger and cover with layer
of
cheese.
Place
in an oven or Dutch oven and bake
at 325\u00b0 until cheese is melted, but don't overcook. Remove from
oven and
cover
with lettuce, tomato and salsa. Serve at once.
