Glazed Chicken And Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    nonstick cooking spray
    3/4 c. seedless red grapes
    1/3 c. apple jelly
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry chicken.
    Spray coat a saute pan.
    Heat pan over medium heat.
    Add chicken.
    Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
    Transfer chicken to serving plates. Cover to keep warm.
