Creamed Spinach With Crunchy Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
salt and pepper
grated rind of 1 lemon (yellow part only)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
1 c. pkg. herb bread dressing
Preparation

Cook spinach according to directions on package.
Drain thoroughly.
Return to hot pan and blend in cream cheese and 1/2 the margarine.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon rind.
Turn into buttered casserole.
Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to bake.
May be prepared in the morning of the day to be served.
About 45 minutes before baking, remove from refrigerator.
Spread bread dressing over top and drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 9.
