Nany'S Sticky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 tsp. sugar
    1 chicken, cleaned and cut
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In cast-iron Dutch oven, heat oil and sprinkle sugar in bottom.
    As sugar begins to darken (caramelizing), place in several pieces of chicken, skin side down. Brown and turn chicken.
    Remove chicken; sprinkle in more sugar and brown the next pieces.
