Gingered Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. sweet pumpkin puree
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. each: sugar and ginger
    pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine chicken broth, pumpkin (puree), milk, sugar, ginger and cayenne pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with toasted croutons.
    Serves 4 to 6.
