Ghivetch(Mixed Veggie Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium carrots, sliced
4 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 Bermuda onion, sliced
1 small head cauliflower
1/2 green julienne strips
1/2 sweet red pepper
1/2 pkg. green peas, thawed
1 stalk celery, sliced
3 small zucchini, sliced
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 crumbled bay leaf
1/2 tsp. savory
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
-
Put all vegetables in a 13 x 9-inch dish.
Heat last 7 ingredients to boiling point and pour over vegetables.
Cover with heavy foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
