Crab Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    10 oz. Cracker Barrel natural Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. dark crab meat
Preparation
    On medium
    high heat, make a roux sauce, adding milk slowly and stirring constantly.
    Add small amounts of cheese to this mixture until thick.
    Just before serving, add crab meat.
    Stir very little.
    Serve over pastry shells.
