Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook vegetables (do not overcook) and drain.
    Mix vegetables and cheese and place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Crush crackers and spread over vegetables.
    Melt oleo and drizzle over crackers.
    Bake until it bubbles, about 30 to 45 minutes.
