Orange Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. hot water
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned, or 1 can mandarin orange slices
6 eggs
1/4 c. white sugar
3 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Butter a baking dish and set aside.
Melt the brown sugar in water and cook for 2 minutes.
Place orange sections in baking dish and pour the sugar water over them.
