My Favorite Summer Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
13 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add sherbet; blend well. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple and oranges. Turn into 2-quart mold; chill until firm. Unmold; garnish as desired.
