Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
    2 c. chopped pecans, divided
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup pecans. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, then form into ball and roll in remaining chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
