Holiday Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    3 1/2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    few drops of food coloring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Knead until smooth. Shape mints in candy molds and place on baking sheets.
    Cover with a paper towel and let dry. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container. Yields 6 dozen.
