Hopscotch Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. syrup
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in a medium-size saucepan.
Add brown sugar, salt and syrup.
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
Gradually add cream, stirring constantly.
Bring to a second boil.
Remove from heat.
Cool.
Stir in pecans.
Serve over ice cream.
