Pennsylvania Dutch Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar (a little more if you like it tart)
    1/2 c. milk or sour cream (usually use sour cream and milk to thin)
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Add to eggs balance of ingredients; mix.
    Add to bacon and fat.
    Cook over low heat, stirring only occasionally, until of a custard consistency.
