Peach Jam(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peaches
    5 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. mace
    4 packets Equal sweetener
Preparation
    Mash peaches with potato masher. Combine with pectin, lemon juice and mace in 2-quart deep dish.
    Cover and cook on High 2 minutes. Stir.
    Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes more. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in Equal.
    Pour into containers.
    Cover and freeze. Thaw in refrigerator. Store 1 year in freezer or 1 month in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 cups.
