Fried Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 large can asparagus (fresh asparagus may be used, boil first)
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain asparagus.
    Roll in crumbs and dip in slightly beaten egg.
    Roll in crumbs again and fry in deep fat about 5 minutes. No. 2 1/2 can serves 6.
