Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 15-oz. box raisin bran
5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
Lemon flavoring
Orange flavoring
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Mix all dry ingredients bran, flour soda, salt. Add alternately butter milk and dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
Add flavoring last. Dough can be stored in refrigerator indefinitely and cooked when desired.
Makes umpteen dozen.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
