"Jail Chili" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chili meat
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin seed
1 1/2 Tbsp. diced sweet pepper
3 c. water
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put meat and seasonings in heavy kettle.
Cook under cover slowly for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add a little water and cook another hour.
