Firehouse Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered milk
2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
In second bowl, add next 3 ingredients.
When yeast is dissolved, pour second mix into flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
Set in warm place until dough rises to double in size.
Pour onto floured sheet; knead and make into small balls.
Put on greased baking sheets.
These may be frozen at this stage, before being allowed to rise again.
Let rise again until double in size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
