Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
4 qt. popped corn (15 c.)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Pour over popped corn in two 13 x 9-inch pans.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Let cool.
