Lesueur Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cover with grated Cheddar cheese (generously).
    Make topping with 1 stick margarine (melted); mix with 1 roll of Ritz crackers (crushed).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
