Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    5 to 6 apples, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat well. Set aside. Mix sliced apples, cinnamon and sugar together until well coated. Alternate layers of batter and layers of apples in a greased and floured tube pan, beginning with batter and ending with apples. Do not preheat oven. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
