Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 jumbo eggs
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. mild cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 cans mild green chiles, diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; pour into a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Serve with chunky salsa if desired.
