Peek-A-Boo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can pie filling (cherry, apple, pineapple, strawberry or blueberry)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Add vanilla and flour, little at a time, mixing well.
Take 3/4 of batter and spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Make sure dough is extended up sides of cookie sheet.
Spread pie filling over layer.
Drop the remaining batter by spoonfuls over the filling and spread.
Be sure to leave parts of pie filling uncovered so it gives a peek-a-boo effect.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
