Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
4 skinned chicken breast halves
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch dish, melt the margarine.
Stir in the raw rice.
Beat out the lumps in the soup before mixing it with water. Pour half of the soup mix over the rice.
Place the chicken on the rice and pour the remainder of the soup mix over it.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
