Skillet Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. syrup
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Melt margarine in skillet and cook the potato slices until golden. Reduce heat, cover and cook until done.
    Add the pineapple juice if potatoes tend to stick.
    Add the crushed pineapple and syrup and cook until thick and potatoes are cooked to desired doneness.
