Blue Ribbon Chocolate Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. salted butter, softened
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, with an electric mixer, blend sugars at medium speed.
    Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scaping down the sides of the bowl.
    Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix at medium speed until fully combined.
    Do not overmix.
    Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips.
    Blend at low speed.
    Don't overmix.
