Five-Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 c. potatoes, cubed
    4 c. carrots, cubed
    4 c. celery, cubed
    2 c. onion, diced
    2 (6 oz.) cans V-8 juice
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. tapioca (Minute)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours in covered roaster-Dutch oven.
    Do not remove lid until ready to serve.
