Homemade Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup cocoa
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into 8 pieces)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan stir together sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Add cream and milk, mix well.
    Over medium heat, bring to boil stirring constantly.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes.
    Add butter and stir until melted.
    Stir in vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
