Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. corn
    1 c. green sweet pepper
    1 c. red sweet pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. canning salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Drop corn in boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
    Dip in cold water.
    Cut from cob.
    Combine all ingredients and boil 15 minutes.
    Pack in jars and process 15 minutes.
    Yields 5 to 6 pints.
