Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. finely chopped pears
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oats
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, milk, and oil together. Add nuts and pears. Mix together flour, oats, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together with pear mixture until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
