Pork Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork (1/4-inch thick), then pounded thin
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 red onion, finely diced
    3 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Heat oil on high heat.
    Brown and remove pork.
    Reduce to medium heat.
    Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
    Add garlic; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in broth.
    Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
    Reduce liquid by a 1/4.
    Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    Put pork into broth.
    Add wine.
    Cover and simmer until pork is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
