Rum Fudge Pudding Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    7 Tbsp. dark unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/3 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. dark rum
    whipped cream or ice cream (for serving, optional)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and 3 tablespoons cocoa.
    Mix butter, milk and vanilla into dry ingredients, just until blended.
    Pour into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle top of batter with remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa.
    Pour water and rum over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve at room temperature with whipped cream or ice cream on side, if desired.
